1.1. Applicable legislation

Our Privacy Policy has been designed compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and in the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection regulation) and in what is not contrary to the aforementioned regulation, by the provisions set forth on Personal Data Protection in the Spanish legal framework.
