What´s included in my rent?

All our homes are fully furnished down to sheets and towels. Your rent will cover your fully furnished room, kitchen appliances, utility bills, WiFi, Smart TV, regular cleaning, household consumables and city events information to keep you updated. We consolidate all fees you would pay with a typical rental into one simple monthly charge.

Are there options for couples?

Yes, we have rooms that can accommodate couples, please get in touch and we can talk you through everything.

Are pets allowed?

Pets may be allowed as an accommodation for tenants with qualified disability.

What is the application process like?

The application process can all be handled online. First you fill out the application form on our site and chat with one of our home specialists. Then if you’re local to the area, you can go for an in-person tour, or if you’re remote, we can tour with you virtually. At that time, you can reserve the room while we conduct a background check, and if everything checks out, you sign your lease.

What is the security deposit for?

A security deposit is used to ensure the safety of our places and our members during the stay.

We will charge a holding fee, this will be returned at the end of your stay within 30 days if everything is in order.

How is rent paid?

Rent is paid at the start of each month and all invoices are sent via email.

I am not in the city how can I view the room?

No problem, we can either upload a video tour of the room/s available or take you through during a live call and answer any questions that you may have. As we continue to work on our platform we will soon have full walk through models live on our website.
